SAINT ROMAIN

Over recent time, as I became a little more confident in my print work, I have found projects where I can incorporate my printmaking into design projects. This was such a project.

Inspired by the cirque of wooded cliffs that form the backdrop to the town of St Romain located in the Côte de Beaune sub-region of Burgundy, I created a series of monoprints. I chose one print to develop and create the illustration for this label for our client. Simplicity and texture. I was so grateful the client loved it too.
